Career
Austin Kemp began his collegiate career as a member of the Cougar baseball program and quickly showed promise as a bullpen arm, making an impact in limited opportunities during his first season on the mound.

2026 (Freshman)
Kemp appeared in four games out of the bullpen for Sioux Falls, posting a 1-1 record with 10 strikeouts across 6.2 innings of work. He averaged 13.5 strikeouts per nine innings and held opponents to a .296 batting average. His top outing came against Wilmington (Del.), where he struck out four across two innings, while he earned his first collegiate win with two scoreless innings against Winona State, allowing no hits and striking out two. He also finished the season with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage.
