Sophomore year: 31 Hits, 4 doubles , 2 triples, 4 home runs, .437 avg, Junior: 41 hits 13 doubles, 4 triples, 2 home runs, .387 avg, Senior: 41 hits, 13 doubles, 2 triples, 7 home runs, 376 avg. He earned All-Conference honors 5x, All-District 5x, and All-State 3x. In the classroom, Gibson earned Academic All-State honors.

In his free time, Colin enjoys going hunting and fishing, he is the son of Patty and Jamey Gibson and has a sibling named Jayden.
