2024-25 (Century College)
Teigland earned First Team All-District and Third Team All-Region honors during his time at Century College. He was also recognized on the All-District Academic Team, excelling both on the field and in the classroom.

High School
Teigland graduated from Hastings High School, where he was a standout three-sport athlete in baseball, football, and hockey. He earned All-Conference and All-Section honors in both baseball and football, along with All-Conference recognition in hockey. A three-sport captain and eight-time letterwinner, he was also named All-Academic in all three sports.

Personal
Teigland is the son of Pete and Joanne Teigland and has one older brother, Ben. He plans to major in Criminal Justice at the University of Sioux Falls. Away from the diamond, he enjoys hunting and fishing.
