Career
A left-handed pitcher with experience at both Sioux Falls and St. Cloud State, Owen Weadge has been a key arm for the Cougars across three seasons. In his USF career, Weadge has appeared in 30 games with 20 starts, compiling a 6-6 record with 122 strikeouts across 112.1 innings pitched.
2026 (Redshirt Junior)
Weadge bounced back with a strong season for the Cougars, appearing in 12 games with nine starts while posting a 3-2 record, one save, and a 4.85 ERA across 52.0 innings. He struck out a career-best 59 batters, highlighted by a 12-strikeout performance at Northern State. He also delivered key wins against Concordia-St. Paul, St. Cloud State, and Jamestown, including 6.0 innings with seven strikeouts against CSP and 5.0 innings with seven strikeouts against Jamestown. In the classroom, Weadge earned NSIC All-Academic honors.
2025 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Started two of nine appearances, recording an 11.05 ERA with an 0-2 record across 14.2 innings. Tallied 12 strikeouts.
2024 (Redshirt Freshman)
Started all nine appearances, posting a 3-2 record with a 4.34 ERA across 45.2 innings. Recorded 51 strikeouts and added one complete-game shutout.
St. Cloud State (2022-23)
Competed in baseball at St. Cloud State.
High School
Weadge competed in basketball and baseball. He earned First Team All-Conference honors in the Big Rivers Conference, First Team All-District recognition, Second Team All-State honors, and was a two-time Academic All-Conference selection. At the plate, he hit .340 with eight doubles, two triples, and two home runs.
