Career
A developing infielder in the Cougar program, Roy Steventon joined Sioux Falls as a right-handed corner infielder with a strong prep background and continued to grow into collegiate action during his first season on the field.

2026 (Freshman)
Steventon appeared in four games with one start for the Cougars, batting .333 with two hits in six at-bats while driving in one run and scoring once. He recorded his first collegiate RBI in a win over Northern State and collected his first multi-faceted performance at Minot State, going 1-for-2 with a run scored while contributing defensively with two putouts and two assists. Finished the season with a .429 on-base percentage and helped turn two double plays in limited action.

2025 (Freshman)
Entered his first collegiate season with the Cougars as a projected contributor at third base.

High School
Graduated from Millard South High School in Omaha, Nebraska, where he competed in baseball and basketball for the Patriots. An All-Academic honoree, Steventon earned Second Team All-Conference recognition during his prep career and played club baseball with the Nebraska Prospects.
