2017: Played in all 12 games at offensive tackle for No. 20 Cougars during 9-3 season in which USF qualified for playoffs a third straight season...graded at 76.5 percent on the season, recording 427 positive reps in 556 plays...recorded 40 knockdowns...gave up two sacks...Nine times graded 70 percent or higher with three grades over 80 percent...in win over Minnesota Duluth on the road on Aug. 31, had 21 positive reps of 30 plays for 70 percent grade and four knockdowns...recorded 47 positive reps in 59 plays for 78.66 grade with three knockdowns against Northern State on Sept. 9...registered 80.85 percent grade with 38 positive reps in 47 plays and had five knockdowns vs. U-Mary on Sept. 16...against Minnesota Crookston on Sept. 23, led USF to win with a 77.14 grade with 27 of 35 positive reps and two knockdowns...had a season-best grade of 81.25 percent with 39 positive reps in 48 plays and three knockdowns vs. SMSU on the road on Sept. 30...against No. 22 Winona State on Oct. 7, had 60.7 percent grade with 17 positive of 26 total reps and allowed a sack with one knockdown...graded at 75 percent with 21 of 28 positive reps and a season high six knockdowns against Wayne State in a road win on Oct. 12...scored a 79.2 percent grade with 45 of 59 positive reps and had one sack allowed with five knockdowns against Concordia St. Paul on Oct. 21...had 58 of 72 positive reps and a 80.56 grade with three knockdowns in the "Key to the City" vicotry over Augustana on Oct. 28...on Nov. 4 in win over Upper Iowa had 74.65 grade with 53 of 71 positive reps and four knockdowns... against No. 1 Minnesota State on Nov. 11, recorded a 78.26 grade with 54 of 69 positive reps and three knockdowns...had seven positive reps in 12 plays for a 58.3 percent grade and one knockdown against No. 5 Midwestern State in the playoffs at Wichita Falls, Texas, on Nov. 11..

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three varsity letters in football and two in basketball at Branham High School in San Jose…named first-team All-State as a senior...selected first-team All-Conference as a senior and second-team All-Conference as a junior...named first-team All-State by CalHi Sports and first-team All-NorCal by California Golden Preps as a senior...also named first-team California Central Coast Section by NorCal Preps...selected as a team captain as a senior in high school...high school coach was Justin Halas.
