HIGH SCHOOL -- Freshman offensive lineman who was named All-State tight end and All-Dakota Valley Conference at Dell Rapids St. Mary's... standout in football and basketball... played tight end, defensive end and fullback... in three seasons of varsity play... had 56 catches for 610 yards with 12 TDs... also had 136.5 tackles, 13 sacks and six forced fumbles in his career... as a senior,  hauled in 17 catches for 216 yards with three TDs on offense and accumulated 41.5 tackles with nine sacks and three forced fumbles on defense... recorded 30 catches for 307 yards and seven TDs while accounting for 49 tackles, a sack and forced fumble on defense as a junior.

PERSONAL -- Son of Carmelle Roach and Philip Valandra...has seven siblings (Anna Roach-Valandra, Riley Valandra, Seneca Valandra, Ryan Bordeaux, Byron Bordeaux, Brock Valandra and Tashina Valandra).... criminal justice major.
