High School

Glogowski competed in both football and wrestling at Mankato East. He served as a football team captain and was a member of the Cougar Leadership Team. In wrestling, he received the Ironman Award. On the football field, he totaled 70 carries for 180 yards with two rushing touchdowns, along with 30 tackles and one interception.

Ben is the son of Jim and Kate Glogowski. He has three siblings: Jacob, Maddie, and Samantha.
