High School

Heishman competed in football and track & field at Grinnell. He was named first team All-District all three years and earned All-State honors in track, setting three school records. He qualified for the state track meet six times, placing in the top eight on three occasions. On the football field, he recorded 24 receptions for 536 yards (22.3 yards per catch), 36 total tackles (26 solo), two interceptions including one returned for a touchdown, and scored 10 total touchdowns.

Broc is the son of Jim and Tia Heishman. He has two siblings, Kade and Kaylee.
