High School

Henkes competed in both football and track & field at Ankeny. He rushed for 1,100 yards as a junior and earned second team all-state honors along with first team all-district and all-conference recognition. He was also a back-to-back state champion in track & field.

Caden is the son of Bobbi Henkes. He has two siblings, Jordan and Ty.
