Appeared in 20 games over two seasons at Southwest Minnesota State, totaling 55 tackles, including 39 solo stops and 16 assisted tackles. Added 5.5 tackles for loss and two sacks while also recording two pass breakups, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery. Turned in a breakout sophomore campaign in 2025, recording 48 tackles and 5.5 tackles for loss after contributing in nine games as a true freshman.

High School
Multi-sport athlete at Redwood Valley High School, competing in football and baseball. A two-time All-District selection, he recorded five interceptions, three sacks, and 44 tackles during his senior season. Finished his prep career with the fourth-most interceptions in school history.
