2016 (REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE): Played in eight games, including final five games...participated in the DII playoff win over Azusa Pacific and DII playoff loss to Harding in overtime...recorded tackle in win over St. Cloud State...named to NSIC All-Academic Team was second straight year.

2015 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN): appeared in seven games… named to the Academic All-NSIC squad

2014: Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Highly-touted recruit that played tight end, defensive end and long snapper for the Valor Christian Eagles…also played baseball and basketball…three-time 1st Team All-State Academic selection in both football and basketball…graduated Magna Cum Laude...member of four state championship teams…member of the National Honor Society and the National Society of High School Scholars. 

PERSONAL: Born on December 21, 1995...parents are Kevin and Tina Cooper…has one sibling, Carson (15)… helps coach youth football and basketball at Valor Christian and also volunteers with Dare to Play, which gives people affected by Down Syndrome the chance to learn the fundamentals of football…goal is to be a lawyer…plays piano and the guitar.
