Brock Larsen, who is originally from Des Moines, Iowa, is in his second year at Sioux Falls. He will serve as tight ends/fullback coach and assistant special teams coordinator.

In 2019, he was a volunteer assistant working with receivers. Larsen was part of a staff that directed USF to its fourth playoff appearance at the NCAA DII level.

Larsen has a B.S in Natural Science (Biology) from Midland University (Fremont, Neb.). He played for Iowa Western and later Midland University.

In 2015, he played for Iowa Western at quarterback where he started four games and started six as the Reivers finished 10-2. In that season, he led the Reivers to a Graphic Edge BowL win over No. 17 Georgia Military. Larsen was named honorable mention ICCAC. Iowa Western claimed a No. 3 finish in the final NJCAA Poll. ,

He transferred to Midland University and was a two-year starter as a safety in 2017-18. Larsen led the team in 2018 in turnovers with three interceptions, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.
