2008: A leader on the defensive line and on the team, DeGroot was a big part of the defense's success. He totaled 21.5 tackles on the season and 2 sacks. Drew also scored 2 touchdowns on the year; one against Doane and the other against Carroll College. He also Received the Rowe/Hinkel Award and selected as a team captain... 2007: DeGroot played in 10 games for the Cougars, recording 14.5 tackles and one sack for a loss of six yards. 2006:Totaled nine tackles in seven games, including 2.5 for loss... 2005: Redshirted...
