High School

Ralston attended Sioux Falls Jefferson High School, where he competed in football and track & field. A 6-foot-3, 285-pound offensive lineman, he was named Offensive Lineman of the Year and earned Academic All-State honors. Ralston also excelled in the classroom, graduating among the top one percent of high school seniors in South Dakota with a 4.5 weighted GPA and earning membership in the National Honor Society.

Ralston is the son of Alisha Washburn and has three siblings, Jaden, Max, and Axl.
