Career
Has appeared in 10 games for the Cougars as a placekicker, totaling 44 points. Converted all 38 extra-point attempts and added two field goals, with a long of 39 yards during his first season at USF.

2025 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Played in 10 games for the Cougars as the team’s primary kicker. Converted 38-of-38 extra-point attempts and made 2-of-4 field goal attempts, with a long of 39 yards. Finished the season with 44 total points.

2023–2024 (College of DuPage)
Spent two seasons at College of DuPage, helping the program capture the 2024 NJCAA National Championship. Appeared in seven games during the 2024 season, converting 12-of-13 point-after attempts. Redshirted during the 2023 campaign.

High School
Three-year football letterwinner at Geneva Community High School, where he also competed in baseball. Converted 54-of-58 extra-point attempts and 5-of-8 field goal attempts during his prep career, with a long field goal of 40 yards and 69 total points scored. As a senior, went 33-of-34 on PATs and 3-of-5 on field goal attempts.

Personal
Son of Mike and Terri Frieders. Has three siblings: Luke, Josh, and Evelyn. Luke competes in lacrosse at Thomas More.
