252 all-purpose yards in just 2.5 games played…
averaged 3.5 yards per rush, 16.3 per catch, and 20 per kick-off return…
Recorded three receptions of 20 yards or more including the third longest of the
year, a 34 yarder at McNeese… received medical red-shirt giving Porter one
additional year of eligibility for the 2012 season.
2010: Played in 14 games taking 89 carries for 466 yards and four touchdowns....averaged 5.2 yard per carry...had his best game of the season with 108 yards rushing, 53 receiving yards and three total touchdowns in a 27-7 win over McKendree in the second round of the playoffs...his other two scores came in wins over Dakota Wesleyan and Concordia (Neb.)...established as a receiver, taking 19 receptions for 173 yards and four scores...also returned one kick 27 yards and made a tackle on special teams...for his efforts, Porter received GPAC Honorable Mention honors...
2009: Played in 12 games as a reserve running back and on special teams... averaged 8.8 yards on 72 rushes for 644 yards and 5 touchdowns...had 9 rushes for 87 yards and 2 touchdowns against Minot State, followed by 8 rushes for 132 yards and 1 touchdown against Morningside in the playoffs...also had 6.5 tackles on special teams...
2008: Played in 11 games...averaged 7.6 yards on 38 rushes for 286 yards and 2 touchdowns...named Freshman of the Year...
