A versatile athlete at Albert Lea, competing in football, hockey, and track. Two-time First Team All-Area and Big 9 All-Conference selection. Twice named team MVP and served as team captain. Earned Minnesota State Coaches Association All-Academic Team honors. Set Minnesota State single-game records with 251 rushing yards (6th all-time) and 14 receptions (tied 3rd). Two-time Athlete of the Week recipient by local businesses. Recorded 69 receptions for 875 yards and two touchdowns, along with 26 carries for 126 yards and six touchdowns. Defensively tallied 52.5 tackles, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery, and two interceptions including an 80-yard touchdown return. On special teams, posted 34 kick returns for 476 yards and a touchdown. Holds 1,477 all-purpose yards and 10 career touchdowns.
