Played in seven games for the Cougars, totaling six tackles with three solo stops and three assisted tackles. Recorded one tackle for loss and one sack for nine yards while contributing in a reserve defensive role.
2024 (Freshman)
Redshirted during his first season with the Cougars. Returned to USF after transferring to South Dakota State in the spring.
High School
Two-sport athlete at Harrisburg High School, competing in football and track & field. Two-time letterwinner, First Team All-State selection, All-Conference honoree, and Elite 45 team selection. Finished his prep career with 60 tackles, six sacks, and 17 tackles for loss, while also recording an interception returned for a touchdown, one blocked PAT, and nine quarterback hits.

Son of Colleen and Jamie Elrod. Has two siblings, Dylan and Alexus.
