Previous Institution

Stai transferred to the University of Sioux Falls from Northwestern College, where he earned Dean’s List recognition in the fall of 2024.

High School

Stai graduated from Jackson County Central High School in Jackson, Minnesota, where he competed in football, wrestling, and baseball for the Huskies. He was named the 2024 AA Football Player of the Year in Minnesota and the 2024 District Linebacker of the Year. His senior football season included 151 tackles, 3 interceptions, and 1,525 rushing yards on 192 carries with 25 touchdowns. In wrestling, he was part of two state championship teams and was a state entrant.
