2024 (Redshirt)

Lewis redshirted his first season with the Cougars.

High School

Lewis competed in football, wrestling, and track for the Governors. He helped lead T.F. Riggs to four consecutive South Dakota State Championships and was named the Joe Robbie MVP of the state title game. He earned All-ESD and All-State honors as a linebacker and was selected to the South Dakota Academic All-State team in both football and wrestling. A team captain, Lewis rushed for 985 yards and 14 touchdowns on 122 carries, adding nine receptions for 97 yards and a touchdown. On defense, he tallied 15 tackles for loss, five sacks, four interceptions, two fumble recoveries, and four special teams touchdowns. In wrestling, he was a two-time state champion and earned All-ESD honors. He is also a member of FCA.

He is the son of Jessica and Shawn Lewis and has two siblings, Abbi and Jersey.
