High School
Braun graduated from Waupun Senior High School in Waupun, Wisconsin, where she competed in softball and volleyball. She earned Honor Roll recognition from 2022 through 2025 and collected numerous softball honors. Her accolades included First Team All-Conference in 2023, American Legion All-Tournament Team and Tournament MVP honors in 2023, and a 2023 Wisconsin D1 American Legion championship. In 2024, she was a unanimous First Team All-Conference selection, earned First Team All-District and Second Team All-State honors, and set the WIAA Division 2 State Tournament single-game RBI record with five. In 2025, she again earned unanimous First Team All-Conference honors, First Team All-District recognition, Second Team All-State honors, American Legion All-Tournament Team and Tournament MVP awards, and another Wisconsin D1 American Legion championship. She also became Waupun High School’s career strikeout record holder. She played club softball for Wisconsin Premier.

She is the daughter of Colette Braun and has one sibling, Blake. Her major is undecided.
