High School
Dale-Geiger graduated from Beulah High School in Beulah, North Dakota, where she competed in softball, basketball, volleyball, and track and field. She earned National Honor Society recognition and collected multiple softball honors, including All-Sub Region in 2020 and All-Region and All-State selections each year from 2021 through 2025. She also played for Wyoming Havoc.

She is the daughter of Tanya Dale-Geiger and has two siblings, Ashton and Averleigh. Her major is Pre-Med/Exercise Sciences.
