TC Wwinandt enters his second season as a volunteer assistant coach with the University of Sioux Falls softball program in 2026-27. Weinandt brings valuable experience and instruction to the Cougar staff, working closely with both the pitching staff and position players while supporting player development and day-to-day program operations.

Weinandt completed his first season with USF Softball in 2025-26, helping guide the Cougars to a 28-28 overall record. He played an instrumental role in developing a pitching staff that compiled 337 strikeouts over 367.2 innings while also contributing to an offense that produced 358 hits. Weinandt helped mentor ace pitcher Maddi Duncan to one of the top seasons in program history, earning First-Team All-NSIC honors, three NSIC Pitcher of the Week selections, a Chick-fil-A Athlete of the Month award, and recognition on the NFCA Division II Pitcher of the Year Watch List.

As a volunteer assistant, Weinandt provides valuable technical instruction and mentorship while helping foster the competitive culture and player development that continue to drive the Cougar softball program forward.
