University of Sioux Falls Athletics

2025-26 (Missouri-St. Louis)
Plotz spent one season at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, making 11 appearances with four starts in the circle. She logged 25.1 innings pitched while gaining valuable collegiate experience. In the classroom, she earned Academic All-GLVC honors and was recognized as an Easton/NFCA Scholar-Athlete for her success academically and athletically.

High School
Plotz competed in softball and volleyball at West Lyon High School, earning varsity letters in both sports. As a freshman, she posted a 3.13 ERA in the circle, laying the foundation for a successful prep career. She was a four-year Honor Roll student and competed for the Catalyst club softball program leading them to a national championship in 2020.

Personal
Plotz is the daughter of Tyler and Courtney Plotz and has one older brother, Tavian. She is majoring in Exercise Science (Pre-Physical Therapy) at the University of Sioux Falls and plans to pursue a career as a physical therapist.
