2013 (FRESHMAN): Played in two games for the Cougars during her freshman season…compiled a batting average of .333 with 1 RBI…recorded 1 putout for a fielding percentage of 1.000…went 1 for 1 with 1 RBI against Minnesota Crookston

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned second-team Class A all-state honors after hitting .416 and leading Millard South to the 2011 Class A state title...posted a .545 slugging percentage with 10 doubles and 15 runs scored..twice named All-Metro Conference...also played basketball for two years...served on junior and senior board...member of bronze and silver honor roll.

PERSONAL: Parents are Mark & Jan Mumaugh...has a brother, Mike (19)...wants to find a career that she will enjoy...loves animals and country music...only has one wisdom tooth. 

Why Megan Chose USF: "I really liked the size of USF and Sioux Falls; the people at USF and in Sioux Falls were very friendly and helpful each time I visited," Mumaugh said. "I've also heard many positives about Coach Lape and I'm looking forward to playing softball at the college level."
