2024-25 (Freshman)

Rose made an immediate impact in her first season with the Cougars, earning NSIC Freshman of the Year honors. She was also named to the NSIC Shining 5 on January 13th following a dominant weekend sweep against Minot State and MSU-Moorhead, where she averaged 17 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 3.0 assists while shooting 55% from the field.

Rose appeared in all 31 games, earning 13 starts and logging 799 minutes (25.8 per game). She scored 320 points, averaging 10.3 per contest, while shooting 41.1% from the field (101/246) and an impressive 39.6% from beyond the arc (42/106). She was reliable at the free-throw line, knocking down 76 shots. On the boards, she grabbed 126 rebounds (21 offensive, 105 defensive) for an average of 4.1 per game. She also contributed across the stat sheet with 52 assists, 8 blocks, and 35 steals.

High School

A three-sport athlete at Becker High School, Rose competed in basketball, cross country, and track for the Bulldogs. She was an All-Mississippi 8 Conference selection in 2021-22 and a two-time letter winner. Academically, she earned Mississippi 8 All-Conference Academic and All-State Academic honors twice and was recognized as a scholar-athlete. On the court, she averaged 12.5 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3.5 steals per game while competing with the Minnesota Comets.
