Career
A dynamic scoring guard who has quickly become one of the Cougars’ top perimeter playmakers, Rose has appeared in 60 career games with 42 starts across her first two collegiate seasons, totaling 1,759 minutes. She has scored 678 career points while adding 235 rebounds, 139 assists, and 83 steals, emerging as one of the NSIC’s most impactful all-around guards.
2025-26 (Sophomore)
Rose elevated her game in her sophomore season, starting all 29 games while averaging 33.1 minutes per contest. She led the Cougars in scoring at 12.3 points per game while shooting 43.9 percent from the field, 35.8 percent from three-point range, and 76.0 percent from the free-throw line. She also contributed 3.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.7 steals per game.
She delivered multiple standout performances throughout the year, highlighted by a career-high 30-point explosion against Minnesota Crookston, where she knocked down six three-pointers. Rose also posted 20-point outings against Wayne State and St. Cloud State, recorded a season-high eight rebounds against Wayne State, and dished out six assists in four separate games. Defensively, she was a consistent disruptor, highlighted by a six-steal performance at Minnesota State.
2024-25 (Freshman)
Rose made an immediate impact in her debut season, earning NSIC Freshman of the Year honors after averaging 10.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game across all 31 contests. She also earned NSIC Shining 5 recognition following a dominant weekend against Minot State and MSU Moorhead and finished the season with 35 steals and eight blocks.
High School
A three-sport athlete at Becker High School, Rose competed in basketball, cross country, and track & field for the Bulldogs. She earned All-Mississippi 8 Conference honors, Mississippi 8 All-Conference Academic recognition, All-State Academic honors, and scholar-athlete distinction. On the hardwood, she averaged 12.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 3.5 steals per game while competing with the Minnesota Comets.

Rose is the daughter of Kelly and Shaun Rose and has one sibling, Jaxon.
