Career
A competitive two-way guard with strong athletic versatility, Fronk began her collegiate career with the Cougars in 2025-26, appearing in 24 games while gaining valuable experience in the backcourt rotation.

2025-26 (Freshman)
Fronk appeared in 24 games during her freshman season, totaling 126 minutes while averaging 5.3 minutes per contest. She scored 20 points, knocked down five three-pointers, and added five steals while providing energy and defensive effort off the bench.

She recorded her first collegiate points in conference play at Southwest Minnesota State, knocking down a three-pointer, and later posted a season-high five points against MSU Moorhead on 2-of-3 shooting. Fronk also connected from beyond the arc in back-to-back late-season games against Winona State and Wayne State, showcasing her perimeter shooting ability. Defensively, she recorded a season-high two steals against Minnesota Crookston.

High School
Fronk was a standout multi-sport athlete at Bangor High School, competing in basketball, cross country, and track & field. A two-sport All-State and All-Conference honoree, she established herself as one of the area’s top all-around competitors.

On the basketball court, Fronk averaged 17.0 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 4.0 steals per game as a senior, highlighting her two-way versatility and competitive edge. She also competed on the AAU circuit with Playmakers Blue Star. In the classroom, Fronk was a member of the National Honor Society and Student Council.

Personal
Fronk is the daughter of Travis and Sarah Fronk and has one brother, Dylan. She is majoring in biology at USF.
