A versatile two-way guard for the Cougars, Minsaas has appeared in 70 career games with 48 starts across three seasons, totaling 1,450 minutes. She has scored 414 career points while adding 212 rebounds, 106 assists, 97 steals, and 15 blocks, establishing herself as a dependable contributor on both ends of the floor.
2025-26 (Junior)
Minsaas played in 12 games with seven starts before her season was cut short, averaging 26.3 minutes per contest. She posted 7.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game while shooting an efficient 44.6 percent from the field and 45.5 percent from three-point range.
She opened the year with several strong all-around performances, including a season-high 12 points against both Winona State and St. Cloud State. Against Minnesota State, she dished out a season-best seven assists, while her defensive impact was highlighted by a five-steal performance against Nebraska-Kearney. Minsaas also provided steady rebounding, recording multiple six-board outings, while serving as a key facilitator and perimeter threat in the Cougar rotation.
2024-25 (Sophomore)
Minsaas played in all 31 games with 19 starts, totaling 572 minutes while averaging 3.9 points and 2.6 rebounds per game. She added 41 assists, 36 steals, and six blocks while earning CSC Academic All-District honors.
2023-24 (Freshman)
As a freshman, Minsaas appeared in 27 games with 22 starts, averaging 7.7 points per game while knocking down 31 three-pointers. She also added 88 rebounds, 29 assists, 46 steals, and seven blocks in an impressive debut season.
High School
A versatile multi-sport athlete, Minsaas competed in tennis, figure skating, and track & field for the Tigers. She earned All-Conference honors, was a two-time team MVP, received All-State Honorable Mention recognition, and earned four varsity letters during her prep career.

Minsaas is the daughter of Vivian and Marty and has two siblings, Cole and Charlie.
