Biography
High School: Played at Norwalk High in Norwalk, Iowa. Hildreth led No. 4-ranked Norwalk (19-5) in scoring and rebounding last season despite drawing constant double and triple teams. For the season Hildreth scored 12.7 points per game to go with 6.1 rebounds per contest. She also had 29 assists, 44 steals and 24 blocks (led team) while shooting 55.3 percent from the field.
The Record Herald Tribune named Hildreth its 2007-08 Player of the Year. She was named second-team All-State by The Des Moines Register and was named to the Little Hawkeye Conference first team, and was also on the Little Hawkeye Conference All-Academic team.
Hildreth was a key member on the Warriors 3-A state title team in 2006 and was a starter for a team that qualified for the state tournament for three straight seasons.
In addition to basketball, Hildreth was a four-sport athlete at Norwalk. She was a captain on the Warrior volleyball team as a senior, where she made the All-Record Herald Tribune First Team and was a 2nd Team All Conference selection.
