Biography

2024-25 (Sophomore)

Wadsworth had a record-setting season, earning First Team All-NSIC honors and two NSIC Shining 5 recognitions for standout performances:

  • Jan. 13 – Averaged 19.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 1.0 steal in a pair of wins.
  • Feb. 3 – Averaged 21.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists on 54.1% shooting over the weekend.

She played and started all 31 games, logging 968 minutes (31.2 avg.). Wadsworth scored 585 points, the most ever in a season at USF during the D2 era, averaging 18.9 points per game, also a USF D2 record. Wadsworth eclipsed double figures in scoring 29 times, scoring more than 20 twelve times, and over 30 twice. She shot 48.3% (214-443) from the field, 44.9% (31-69) from three, and 86.3% (126-146) from the free-throw line. Her 126 made free throws and 146 attempts are both the most in USF’s D2 era. She also collected 151 rebounds (48 offensive, 103 defensive) for 4.9 per game, along with 69 assists, 4 blocks, and 25 steals. Wadsworth set her career high in the final game of the season against Northern State, collecting 31 points on 13 made baskets. Was named to the CSC Academic All-District Team for her excellence in both academics and athletics during the season.

2023-24 (Freshman)

Wadsworth had an impressive debut season, earning World Exposure Report NCAA D2 Freshman of the Year, NSIC Freshman of the Year, and USF Athlete of the Week honors. She started all 27 games, playing 838 minutes (31.0 per game). She scored 400 points (14.8 per game) on 44.7% shooting (156-349), while also grabbing 122 rebounds (44 offensive, 78 defensive). She added 50 assists, 7 blocks, and 23 steals while knocking down 16 three-pointers on 68 attempts (23.5%).

High School

Wadsworth had a decorated high school career, finishing as Hamlin High School's all-time leading scorer with 1,896 points. She was a five-time letter winner, a four-time All-Conference selection, a three-time All-State honoree, and helped lead her team to four state tournament appearances, earning All-Tournament Team honors three times. She averaged 22 points, 6 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game, shooting 56.7% from the field and 82.7% from the free-throw line. As a senior, she was named 2023 Keloland Player of the Year, 2023 Sanford Pentagon Player of the Year, and South Dakota Miss Basketball.
