Biography

Career
A versatile frontcourt contributor for the Cougars, Wilson has appeared in 76 career games with 14 starts across three collegiate seasons, totaling 647 minutes. She has scored 144 career points while adding 117 rebounds, 19 assists, 14 steals, and three blocks, providing depth, rebounding, and versatility throughout her time in the program.

2025-26 (Junior)
Wilson appeared in 26 games with eight starts during her junior season, totaling 270 minutes while averaging 10.4 minutes per contest. She scored 51 points and pulled down 42 rebounds while shooting 30.8 percent from the field and 30.4 percent from three-point range.

Her top performance came against Mary, where she posted season highs of 12 points, six rebounds, two assists, and a steal while shooting 3-of-4 from the field, 2-of-3 from beyond the arc, and a perfect 4-of-4 from the free-throw line. She also added six points in a sharp shooting effort against Augustana and grabbed a season-high five rebounds at Bemidji State.

2024-25 (Sophomore)
Wilson appeared in 25 games, totaling 122 minutes while scoring 31 points. She shot 41.9 percent from the field and added 29 rebounds, five steals, and five assists.

2023-24 (Freshman)
In her first collegiate season, Wilson played in 25 games with six starts, totaling 255 minutes. She scored 62 points, grabbed 46 rebounds, and added six assists, two blocks, and five steals.

High School
A standout multi-sport athlete for the Cossacks, Wilson competed in basketball, volleyball, and track & field. She earned All-State honors as a senior after averaging 16.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game. Wilson was a three-time team MVP, four-time letterwinner, and collected multiple conference honors, including All-ESD, All-BEC, and All-LCC recognition. She also competed with Sacred Hoops and was a member of the National Honor Society.

Wilson is the daughter of Casey Wilson and Kara Dahl and has two siblings, Breck and Bryer.
