Gabe Wortman enters his fourth season with the University of Sioux Falls Soccer team as the assistant coach.

Gabe Wortman completed his fourth season as the assistant coach for USF Soccer in 2025, specializing in the development of the team's defensive and goalkeeping units. Under his guidance, the Cougars' defense combined for 64 saves and limited opponents to 9.8 shots per game, helping the squad finish the year with a 6-10-2 overall record (4-9-2 NSIC). Utilizing his technical expertise as a USSF C-License holder and his role as the Goalkeeping Director for the Dakota Alliance Soccer Club, Wortman’s tactical instruction was instrumental in guiding the Cougars through a highly competitive 2025 campaign.

Outside of USF, Wortman works as the Academy and Goalkeeping Director with the Dakota Alliance Soccer Club.
