Hailee Fischer joined the University of Sioux Falls soccer coaching staff in 2025. Hailee Fischer is entering her first season with the USF Soccer team in 2025. A Hartford, S.D. native, Fischer brings a wealth of experience as both a player and a coach.

Before joining USF, Fischer served as the head coach of Harrisburg High School’s girls’ soccer team, leading them to their third consecutive state championship in her first season. She previously worked as an assistant coach at Harrisburg and has been active in the Dakota Alliance Soccer Club, the Dakota Olympic Development Program, and numerous soccer camps across South Dakota. Fischer holds a USSF C license and is on the US Soccer pathway to become a Coach Educator.

As a player, Fischer was a standout at West Central High School, earning four All-State honors and being named SD HS Girl’s Soccer Player of the Year in 2018. She helped her team win three state championships before continuing her career at South Dakota State University, where she contributed to two Summit League Conference Championships and NCAA Tournament appearances (2019, 2021). She also played for Sioux Falls City Football Club, earning a spot on the WPSL Northern Conference Best IX in 2022.

Fischer graduated from SDSU in 2023 with a degree in Elementary Education and previously taught in the Harrisburg School District. Her passion for player development and coaching excellence makes her a valuable addition to the USF soccer program.
