Career

Olivia Opichka has played in 49 career games with 24 starts across her first three collegiate seasons. She has logged 2,185 minutes on the field and attempted ten shots, with four on goal. A consistent and reliable contributor on the pitch, Olivia has also excelled in the classroom, earning NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2025 (Junior)

Appeared in 16 matches with two starts for the Cougars, logging 493 minutes. Scored one goal on five shots, including two on goal.

2024 (Sophomore)

As a sophomore, Olivia appeared in 16 games and started six, totaling 590 minutes played. She attempted two shots, one of which was on goal, and was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence for her academic achievement.

2023 (Freshman)

Olivia made an immediate impact in her freshman season, starting 16 of 17 games and logging 1,102 minutes. She recorded three shot attempts, including one on goal, while providing a steady presence on the field.

High School

A well-rounded athlete, Olivia competed in soccer, lacrosse, and golf during high school. She was a three-time varsity letter winner in soccer and earned both Suburban East All-Conference and Honorable Mention honors. She received her team’s Most Valuable Player Award and was twice recognized with the Minnesota Coaches Association Academic Award. She was also named to the Section 3AAA Coaches All-Section Academic Team.

Personal

Olivia is the daughter of Jeff and Shannon Opichka and has two siblings, Clara and Emmett. She played club soccer with St. Croix Soccer Club and plans to pursue a career in dentistry.
