2012-13 (JUNIOR): Indoor-Ran a season best and NCAA provisional qualifying time 56.73 in the 400m dash at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational…also competed in the 200m dash where she ran a season best time of 26.42 at the Prairie Wolf Invitational…earned NSIC All-Conference honors in the 400m dash by finishing 3rd overall…also was a member of the 4x400m Relay that finished 4th at the NSIC Championships…Outdoor-season best time of 56.59 in the 400m Dash at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays…also ran a season best of 25.51 in the 200m Dash at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays…earned NSIC All-Conference honors at the Outdoor Championships by finishing 3rd overall in the 400m Dash…also earned All-Conference honors as a member of the 4x400m Relay that finished 3rd overall…competed in the 200m Dash at the NSIC Outdoor Championships where she finished 7th overall.

2009-2010 (FRESHMAN): Indoor-Kendra ran personal records of 28.29 seconds in the 200 meter dash and 58.07 seconds in the 400 meter dash. Kendra also ran personal bests and set school records in the 600 and 800 meter runs. Her school record time in the 600 was 1:33.91 and her record time in the 800 was 2:17.72. Kendra was a GPAC champion in the 400 meter dash and 4x400 meter relay. She also earned All-Conference honors in the 800 meter run. At the indoor national meet, Kendra earned All-American honors in the 600 meter run and 4x400 meter relay...Outdoor-Kendra ran personal records of 58.94 seconds in the 400 meter dash and 2:16.21 in the 800 meter run. She was a GPAC champion in the 4x400 meter relay and also earned All-Conference honors in the 800 meter run.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Mitchell HS in Mitchell, S.D. where she competed in volleyball, basketball, and track & field.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Tim and Carolyn Knight…born February 20, 1991…has three siblings…majoring in Art and Business at USF…wants to become a Graphic Designer.
