Has appeared in 12 matches and 26 sets during her first three seasons at USF. Totaled 17 kills on a .217 hitting percentage, along with 9 digs and 24 assisted blocks. Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team in 2024 and 2025.
2025 (Junior)
Appeared in six matches, totaling 16 sets for the Cougars. Recorded 11 kills while adding 17 total blocks. Earned NSIC All-Academic Team honors.
2024 (Sophomore)
Played in 6 sets across multiple matches, contributing 1 kill and 3 assisted blocks. Earned NSIC All-Academic Team honors.
2023 (Freshman)
Appeared in 4 sets during her first year, registering 5 kills and gaining valuable collegiate experience.
High School
Multi-sport athlete at Patrick Henry High School, competing in volleyball, basketball, softball, badminton, and cross country. Five-time Minneapolis City All-Conference honoree and three-time MNHSL All-Breakdown selection. Recognized as a Breakdown Elite 35 Underclassman (2x) and Breakdown Top 75 Upperclassman. Holds multiple school records at Patrick Henry including all-time leader in assists, blocks, and aces; second all-time in kills. First all-time in Section 4A for aces (2019–2020). Named Most Valuable Teammate by the MNHSL and earned All-Tournament Team honors at the St. Louis Park Tournament. Also a two-time AAU Volleyball Academic All-American. Placed third at the 2019 USAV GJNC Nationals. Six-time varsity letterwinner. Competed for Minnesota Select Volleyball Club.

Daughter of Lisa and Mike Minnema. Has two brothers, Thomas and Aaron.
