Sioux Falls, SD - Day one of the Coyote Extravaganza came to a close on Friday with the University of Sioux Falls Swimming team posting multiple times that kept pace with their DI opponents. The Midco Aquatic Center will host the final day of the meet tomorrow at 10:15am.

The Cougars faced multiple high caliber teams during day one of the Coyote Extravaganza but still recorded several top finishes. Inte Pas secured USF's lone event victory with her time of 1:05.11 in the 100 Yard Breaststroke that missed the NCAA B standard time by just over a second. Valerie Childs placed second in both the 200 Yard Freestyle and the 100 Yard Freestyle while USF's 400 Yard Medley Relay squad took second with a time of 3:54.61.
