Box Score OMAHA, NEB. – The University of Sioux Falls Tennis Team (8-6) finished the weekend in nonconference action with a 1-1 record after dropping a 7-0 decision to NCAA DI Omaha (9-8) on Sunday at the Miracle Hills Tennis Center.
The Cougars, which will now host Minnesota Crookston and Bemidji State on April 1-2 at the Huether Family Match Pointe, lost the six singles matches and all three doubles contests to UNO.
"I felt we played really good against a talented opponent," said USF Head Coach
Kevin Grebin, whose team hosted and defeated Northwestern (Iowa), 6-1 on Friday. "We had a solid effort and battled every point today. It was a good opportunity for our team to see competition at a higher level," he said.
