Sioux Falls, SD - USF Soccer ends in a draw on Sunday afternoon by a score of 0-0 against Upper Iowa.

The Cougars kicked off on Sunday at 1 p.m. at home in Sioux Falls at Bob Young Field for the second conference match of the season against Upper Iowa.  USF's Holli Knudsen faced three shots in the first half of the match, with one save to keep the score tied at 0-0 after the first half of play.

As the 2nd half got underway, a lot of back and forth in the middle of the field as this defensive battle continued throughout the match. USF faced three corner kicks on the day and Holli Knudsen faced eight shots with seven saves with her first shutout of the season. The Cougars had five shots for the day led by Aundria Vargas with three and Selah Tabbert and Julia Kreutner with one apiece.

The Cougars are back in action on Friday September 16th when they'll head to Bismarck to face off against the University of Mary.
