Bismarck, ND - USF Soccer falls to the University of Mary by a score of 4-0 on Friday afternoon.
The Marauders struck early in the 3rd minute of the game to break the tie early. The University of Mary was able to capitalize again in the 26th minute to bring the score to 2-0 at the half. Caroline Titze faced eight shots in the first half, compiling four saves.
As the 2nd half got underway, the UMary team continued in their offensive attack scoring both in the 60th and 64th minutes to take a 4-0 lead in the match. The Cougars had five shots on the day, led by Alexis Naujokaitis with two and Taylor Wit, Haley Nelson, and Addison Westermeyer with one apiece. Caroline Titze faced 16 shots and had six saves across 90 minutes of play.
