Bemidji, MN – USF volleyball came away with a win over Bemidji State today to improve to 8-4 on the season and 4-1 in conference play.

USF vs Bemidji State (25-13, 19-25, 18-25, 25-15, 15-11)

• Attack: USF had 54 kills in the the match, led by Grace Hanel (13), Courtney Holsteen (11), and Jordyn Kuper (11)
• Service Line: 10 aces, led by Sadie Voss (6), Brynn Askew (2), and Elise Gillen and Jordyn hamm with one each.
• Team Effort: 53 assists, led by Elise Gillen (35) and Davis Guetterman (14).
• Standing Tall: 16 blocks, led by Jordyn Hamm (7) and Courtney Holsteen (3).

Overall

• USF outscored BSU 102-89 in 5 sets
• Courtney Holsteen, Grace Hanel and Jordan Kuper tallied 35 of USF's 54 kills
• Sioux Falls put up 16 total blocks over Bemidji State
• The Cougars held BSU to an impressive .076 attacking percentage
• Jordan Kuper tallied a .350 attacking percentage and Grace Hanel tallied a .294 attack percentage in the match.
• Brynn Askew led the team in digs with 19, followed by Sadie Voss with 14 in the match.
• The Cougars picked up their 8th win of the season and 4th conference victory in five matches.
