Sioux Falls Soccer Adds Nine on National Signing Day

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The University of Sioux Falls Women's Soccer team, along with head coach Brittany Domino, are pleased to announce the signing of nine individuals to their 2024 roster.

"Our staff has been busy this recruiting calendar searching for future cougars, and we are excited to finally get to share the nine outstanding players we will be adding to our roster next year," stated Domino. "This year we have really focused on filling specific needs within the team. These nine girls are the kinds of players that we need to take the next big step as a program on the field. They are also exceptional individuals that will help us to continue the strong team culture that has been built before them. We are excited to get them here next fall and see where they are going to help take this program. "

Peyton Padilla, Defense, Blaine High School

Peyton comes to USF from Blaine, Minnesota where she played soccer for the Blaine Senior High Bengals. She was named the Defensive MVP for Blaine Girls Soccer. Peyton played club soccer for Tonka Fusion Elite. Her twin sister, Paige, will also be joining the Cougar women's soccer team next fall. The daughter of Sheylyn and Howie Padilla, Peyton intends to study nursing here at USF.

 

Paige Padilla, Defense/Midfield, Blaine High School

Paige joins the Cougars from Blaine, Minnesota where she played soccer for the Blaine Senior High Bengals. She was a three year varsity letter winner for the Bengals, and played club soccer for Tonka Fusion Elite. Her twin sister, Peyton, will also be joining the Cougar women's soccer team next fall. The daughter of Sheylyn and Howie Padilla, Paige plans to major in biology and minor in theology at USF. 

 

Lily Dahler, Midfield, Lincoln High School 

A local star, Lily is joining the Cougars and staying home in Sioux Falls. During her time on the Patriot girls soccer team, she was a two-time captain, and a three year letter winner. As a senior Lily was named to the Metro Athletic Conference Team and the SDHSSA Class AA All-State Soccer Team. She played club soccer for Dakota Alliance. The daughter of Brittany and Mike Dahler, Lily plans to major in exercise science at USF.

 

Morgan Jost, Goalkeeper, Rapid City Stevens High School

Morgan comes to USF from Sturgis, South Dakota where she attended Rapid City Stevens High School, playing soccer and basketball for the Raiders. On the soccer field she was a four-year letter winner and two-time captain. Morgan was named to the 2021 SDHSSCA Girls Class "AA" Second Team All-State. In 2022 she was named "Best of the West" by the Rapid City Journal, and won "Most Inspirational Player" all 4 years on the Stevens soccer team. Morgan played club soccer for the Black Hills Rapids. The daughter of Aimee and Brian, she plans to study health administration in the fall. 

 

Martina Krattley, Midfield, St. Croix Preparatory Academy 

Martina joins the Cougars from Stillwater, Minnesota where she attended St. Croix Preparatory Academy. She is a four-year varsity soccer player for the Lions. In 2022 and 2023 Martina was named to the Skyline All-Conference Team. In 2022 she was named to the Minnesota Class A All-State Second Team, and in 2023 the All-State First Team. Martina holds the record for career goals scored, as well as number of goals in a single season at St. Croix Preparatory Academy. She is involved in Service Club, Fine Arts Society, and Girls of Active Leadership. The daughter of Trace and Willem, Martina intends to major in business at USF. 

 

Sadie Hunter, Outside Back, Roosevelt High School 

Sadie, a Sioux Falls native, joins the Cougars following a successful high school career with the Roosevelt Roughriders. During her time there she played soccer, basketball, and golf. On the golf course she was a four-year varsity letter winner, a four-year state qualifier, and two-time captain. On the soccer field, she was a three-year varsity letter winner and received the scholar athlete award three years as well. Sadie was a 2021 AA State Champion and the Golden Ball winner for goalkeeper. She was named First team Metro All-Conference in 2022 and 2023, and in 2023 was also named to the SDHSAAd Academic All-State Team. Sadie was a double-threat, playing on the field and goalkeeping. During her senior season she completed 136 saves, and had two assists. Sadie played club soccer for Dakota Alliance. The daughter of Terry and Adrienne Hunter, she plans to study nursing at USF. 

 

Amelia Sagadin, Midfield, New Berlin West High School 

Amelia comes to USF from New Berlin, Wisconsin where she attended New Berlin West High School, playing soccer and basketball for the Vikings. On the soccer field she was a two-time captain, and was named to the All-Conference Team as a freshman and sophomore. Amelia played club soccer for Wave SC. The daughter of Katie and Steve, she hopes to major in criminology and psychology or chemistry. 

 

Abigail Flanagan, Outside Back, Harrisburg High School

Abby joins the Cougars from Harrisburg, South Dakota where she played soccer and basketball for the Tigers. On the basketball court she was named All-ESD and All-Metro Conference. For soccer, Abby was named to the Second Team All-State, All-ESD, and All-Metro Conference. She also helped lead Harrisburg girls soccer to two consecutive State Championships, in 2022 and 2023. Abby played club soccer for Dakota Alliance. The daughter of Melissa and Jason, she plans to major in Biology at USF. 

 

Ruby Reisdorfer, Outside Back, Centennial High School

Ruby comes to USF from Lino Lakes, Minnesota where she attended Centennial High School and played soccer for the Cougars. Ruby played club soccer for SALVO SC Girls Academy. The daughter of Nikole and Cory, she plans to study nursing.
