BEMIDJI- The USF Mens Golf team concluded their first tournament of the season today and improved by 9 strokes over their first round score.
The Cougars closed round two with a score of 298, an improvement over their first round 307 which left them tied for 8th. The 9 stroke jump gave them sole possession of 8th but wasn't enough to move into 7th.
Mason Weeks continued his strong start to the season by posting a second 2 over 73 and tieing for 9th place.
Jimmy Clark also put on a strong showing and gave the Cougars two golfers in the top 25.
