FOREST CITY, IOWA - USF Women's Wrestling headed south to compete in the Waldorf Open today. The Cougars came away with three place winners in #17 Brinley Green, Rei Ogden and Zoe Adam. 

Green finished 4th while going 5-1 on the day due to hitting the six-match daily limit. With an opening round 1:11 pin over Keela Kary of Minot State and a 1:49 pin over Gia Ritter of Central College, Green started the day 2-0 before falling to Devin Patton of William Penn. Green returned in round four with a 10-0 tech fall over Maci Pearson of Saint Mary's and an 11-0 tech fall over Zoe Ortiz of Iowa Western. In her final match of the day, Green took the 8-4 decision over Corinne McClure of Central Methodist. 

Ogden opened the day with a quick 0:53 pin over Carolina Vargas of Central College before falling in round two to Larhae Whaley of Dickinson State. Ogden finished the day strong with a 0:28 pin over Kate Richards of Central, a 10-0 tech fall over Hailey Medina of Iowa Western, a 6-2 decision over Miranda Dibenedetto of Dickinson State and a 0:43 pin over teammate Lanna Walter. 

Adam opened her day receiving a forfeit from Norma Alejandro of Midland before falling to Abigail Chandler of Missouri Baptist. Adam bounced back with a 1:44 pin over Madilyn Schuck of Minot State in round two followed by a 5:16 pin over Bella Porcelli of Grand View. She would go on to fall to Rewa Chababo of Wartburg and Abigail Chandler of Missouri Baptist to finish 6th.

124 – Paige Denke finished 0-2 on the day and sits 1-4 on the season 

124 – Teila Peters finished 2-2 on the day and 2-4 on the season 

131 – Mackenzie Armagost finished 1-2 on the day and 4-4 on the season 

131 – Brinley Green finished 4th at 5-1 on the day (match limit) and 8-3 on the season 

138 – Diann Smith finished 2-2 on the day and 3-4 on the season 

138 – McKenna Hendrickson finished 0-2 on the day and 1-4 on the season 

145 – Ciana Grate finished 2-2 on the day and 3-4 on the season 

160 – Addaly Pals-Miller finished 2-2 on the day and 2-4 on the season 

207 – Zoe Adam finished 6th at 3-3 on the day and 4-5 on the season
