SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The University of Sioux Falls head football coach Jim Glogowski has announced the addition of 39 student-athletes that will join the Cougar football program this upcoming fall. Of 39, USF has brought in nine transfers and 30 incoming freshmen.

This year's recruiting class will feature 39 student-athletes from 12 states including South Dakota (12), Iowa (7), Arizona (3), Illinois (3), Minnesota (3), Nebraska (3), Colorado (2), Wisconsin (2), California (1), Indiana (1), Missouri (1) and Texas (1).

"I am excited to welcome this group of student-athletes to our Cougar football family," stated Glogowski. "I really appreciate all the efforts of my coaching staff, administration and support personnel that contributed to this process. With this being our initial first full recruiting cycle, it was extremely important to focus on bringing in the right fit not just for the football program but the University of Sioux Falls as a whole. I am pleased to note that this group includes multiple all-conference, all-region and all-state accolades not to mention multiple state champions.  On top of their on-field performance, I am also pleased that this group likes to compete in the classroom as well - evidenced by the groups 3.4 average GPA.  I am confident the Cougar faithful will enjoy watching this class grow and compete in the years to come! "
