SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The University of Sioux Falls Athletics, along with both USF Men's & Women's Wrestling programs, are proud to announce the establishment of the Sioux Falls Regional Training Center (RTC) program.
"This is not only a great opportunity for our program here at USF, but for the Sioux Falls and South Dakota wrestling community as a whole," stated men's head coach Matt Meuleners. "The Sioux Falls RTC will help elevate USF Wrestling along with provide training opportunities for those looking to take their skills to the next level."
In compliance with NCAA rules, the Sioux Falls RTC becomes an affiliate of USA Wrestling and will provide USF Wrestling with the opportunity to develop and enhance their program along with developing youth, collegiate and Olympic hopefuls. Sioux Falls RTC will support both USF Men's and Women's Wrestling programs while allowing all USA Wrestlers a chance to train year-round and develop both on and off the mat.
The Sioux Falls RTC will use the USF Wrestling Room inside the Stewart Center with training times beginning at 6pm on Monday & Thursdays from July 11-August 8, 2024. A valid USA Wrestling card will be required and wrestlers must meet at least one of the USA Wrestling RTC criteria.
