SIOUX FALLS –  University of Sioux Falls Men's Basketball Head Coach Chris Johnson will host the second of four monthly luncheons to discuss Cougars basketball with alumni and friends on Thursday, Dec. 12, at 11:45 a.m. at the Eastside Pizza Ranch (3809 E 10^th Street).

The USF Men's Basketball luncheons are open to any alumni, fans or friends of the program who are interested in hearing from head coach Chris Johnson, his staff and current players about the program.

The final two luncheons are slated for Jan. 23 and Feb. 20, both of which are Thursdays. Those luncheons will continue to be at the Eastside Pizza Ranch at 11:45 a.m.

USF, who sits at 7-2, 3-0 on the season, will look to continue their three-game winning streak this weekend when they host Minnesota Duluth on Friday and St. Cloud State on Saturday at the Stewart Center. 

USF has been picked to finish fourth in the South Division and tied for 10th overall in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, according to the NSIC Preseason Coaches Poll released earlier this fall. The Cougars, directed by head coach and the program's all-time wins leader Chris Johnson (212 career wins and 196 victories at USF), officially opened practice on Oct. 15. USF, which returns three starters & seven letter winners, finished 19-11 over and 13-9 in league play as they advanced to the NSIC Quarterfinals for a fourth straight year.
