SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- The University of Sioux Falls Volleyball Team has announced the dates for the upcoming 2022 Cougar Volleyball Summer Camps. The Cougars will be hosting a variety of summer camps in the Stewart Center. These camps will give players an opportunity to learn and advance their fundamental skills of volleyball in an atmosphere filled with positivity and fun.
JULY 18 | COUGAR CAMP | 6TH-9TH GRADE
The USF Cougar Camp is designed for the aspiring high school or club player in 7th, 8th and 9th grade. The emphasis of this camp is on fundamental skills and basic volleyball systems in a competitive environment. It is the perfect introduction to "the next level" of volleyball.
JULY 19 | YOUTH COO CAMP | K-2ND GRADE
The USF Youth Coo Camp is a great way for Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders to be introduced to the sport of volleyball. Our goals for this camp are simple – to learn a little about the game, to have a fun and exciting experience, and to gain a passion for our sport!
JULY 19 | COO CAMP | 3RD-5TH GRADE
The USF Coo Camp is designed to introduce 4th, 5th and 6th graders to the game of volleyball. Through a variety of competitive but fun games and exercises, the athletes will begin to acquire or expand upon basic volleyball knowledge.
JULY 20-22 | ELITE CAMP | 10TH - 12TH GRADE
The USF Elite Volleyball Camp is designed with the experienced volleyball player in mind. Players at this camp are going into 10th, 11th and 12th grade, and have already played on Junior Varsity or Varsity high school teams. They usually play club volleyball and are interested in pursuing volleyball at the collegiate level. This camp will reinforce fundamental skills, but will also teach advanced volleyball systems in a competitive drill-based environment.
