BROOKINGS – The University of Sioux Falls men's and women's cross country teams participated in the SDSU Classic in Brookings, SD yesterday with both teams collecting 2nd place finishes.
The women's team ran 15 runners in the 5K averaging a time of 19:05.03 as a team and a total time of 1:35:25.12.

The men's team ran 16 runners in the 8K yesterday where they averaged a time of 25:41.78 with a total team time of 2:08:28.87. The Cougars top five runners all finished within 26 seconds of each other
